Swedish Potato Sausage

Swedish Potato sausage is a hearty traditional Swedish sausage that is also known as "potatiskorva".  It has a unique combination of meats, spices, and potatoes.  Its comforting flavor is reminiscent of Swedish home cooking.  Often served as part of a traditional meal, alongside dishes such as boiled potatoes, lingonberry jam, and pickled vegetables or as a topping for open faced sandwiches.
